Current Projects
Building trust between healthcare providers and residents.
The digital health provider within OSF HealthCare internally developed OSF Community Connect (OCC) which is a digital software platform that was developed to assist healthcare organizations create better patient care plans. OCC is currently in use by OSF HealthCare across its 14 hospitals. Their goal is to expand its use across healthcare systems in Illinois.
Sustainable Wellness Innovation will bring together the necessary stakeholders and take them through these three steps. At the end of the process, the implementation of OCC within other healthcare systems will serve as an external pilot the success of which will allow OSF to scale and market its platform.
Our Approach

At the center of our work is our resident engagement methodology. We invite residents and patients to contribute direct feedback to improve the design and deployment of early-stage products, programs, and initiatives. In addition, our Racial Equity & Inclusion (REI) methodology addresses inherent bias in existing solution development processes.
