Regina Rice

Program Manager

Regina Rice brings to SWI a track record of operations management. Regina has managed several mid-sized law firms in Chicago, two of which were minority-owned. She was also operation’s manager for a minority owned radio station in Chicago. These experiences equipped her to manage diverse environments, be resourceful, to identify and implement efficiencies, and balance competing audiences. Recently, Regina assisted organizations in a consulting capacity through Ricer Enterprises, LLC, a professional service provider she founded.

Regina grew up on Chicago’s south side. She understands its unique neighborhoods and cultures. She appreciates its underserved areas, particularly in the health and wellness ecosystem. She is excited to join a platform that accelerates, innovates, and scales tech-enabled health and wellness solutions. She looks forward to tapping into her experiences to support underserved communities.
